米がユネスコ脱退へ 国際社会から失望の声｜動画ニュース News24h

アメリカ・トランプ政権は１２日、ユネスコ（＝国連教育科学文化機関）から脱退すると発表した。国際社会からは失望の声が上がっている。



　ユネスコは国連の機関の一つで、世界遺産の登録などを行っている。トランプ政権は声明で、脱退することをユネスコ側に伝えたと発表、同盟国のイスラエルに対する「偏見が続いている」ことなどを理由にあげている。



　正式な脱退は来年１２月３１日付で、以降はオブザーバーとして関与するという。

　国際社会からの孤立を恐れないトランプ政権の姿勢が、改めて示された形。



　これに対しユネスコは、「誠に遺憾だ」とする声明を発表、「多国間主義にとって損失だ」と失望感をあらわにした。
