“スパイ行為”起訴の邦人、 初公判 北京で“非公開”実施｜動画ニュース News24h

　スパイ行為に関与したとして中国の捜査当局に起訴された日中交流団体幹部の男性の初公判が、北京市内の裁判所で今年８月に非公開で行われていたことがわかりました。　「日中青年交流協会」の鈴木英司理事長（６１）は去年７月、北京訪問の際に、スパイ行為に関わったとして中国の捜査当局に拘束され、国家安全危害の罪で起訴されました。



　関係者によりますと、鈴木氏の初公判が、今年８月、北京市内の裁判所で行われたということです。中国政府は、どの行為が、スパイ行為にあたるかは明らかにしておらず、公判は、親族の傍聴も許されない中、非公開で行われたということです。



　スパイ行為に関ったとして、現在、中国に拘束されている日本人８人のうち、鈴木氏を含む５人の初公判がすでに行われていますが、いずれも非公開のまま、次の公判で判決が言い渡される可能性もあります。
