噴火続く新燃岳 東大がドローンで火口調査｜動画ニュース News24h

　鹿児島と宮崎にまたがる霧島連山の新燃岳は、１２日も噴火が続いていて、噴煙の量はさらに増えている。こうした中、東京大学がドローンを使った火口の調査を行った。



　１１日に６年ぶりに噴火した新燃岳は、１２日も噴火を続けていて、噴煙の量はさらに増えている。気象庁の午前１１時の観測では、噴煙は火口の上空２０００メートルまで上昇した。



　東京大学地震研究所は１２日午前、ドローンを使った上空からの観測を試みた。



　東大地震研究所・中田節也教授「噴火口が拡大しているか見たかった。灰が舞って今の段階ではわからない。地殻変動の大きさを考えると、６年前の噴火のようになるとは考えにくい」



　噴火警戒レベルは３に引き上げられていて、火口から２キロの範囲では大きな噴石などに警戒が必要。
