相場操縦容疑で男３人逮捕 警視庁｜動画ニュース News24h

東証マザーズ上場のインターネット関連会社の株価をつり上げるため不正な売買を繰り返したとして、男３人が警視庁に逮捕されました。　金融商品取引法違反の相場操縦の疑いで逮捕されたのは無職の高橋利典容疑者（６９）ら３人です。高橋容疑者らは２０１４年２月ごろ、東証マザーズ上場のインターネット関連会社「ストリーム社」の株取り引きをめぐり、売りと買いの注文を同時に行うなどして株価を不正につり上げた疑いがもたれています。



　この年、「ストリーム」社の株価はおよそ４倍に高騰する局面があり、去年１０月には証券取引等監視委員会などが強制調査に乗り出していました。警視庁は高橋容疑者らが不正に株価をつり上げたうえで、高値で売り抜け利益を得ていたとみて全容の解明を進めています。



Three men were arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department after repeating unjust selling and buying to hike the stock price of Internet affiliates listed on TSE Mothers. Three people, including Toshinori Takahashi (69), who was arrested on suspicion of manipulating the market price in violation of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, was unemployed. Takahashi allegedly suspected of hijacking the stock price in February 2014, for example, by selling and buying orders at the same time, over the stock deal of the internet affiliate "Streamer" listed on the TSE Mothers list .



In the year, the stock price of "Stream" has risen to about four times, and in October last year the securities transactions monitoring committee and others were forced to investigate. Takahashi allegedly raised the stock price illegally and police investigated the full scope of the incident, considering that he had earned profit from selling at a high price.
