予備校生殺害 初公判で元少年が無罪主張｜動画ニュース News24h

去年２月、福岡市で同じ予備校に通う女子生徒を殺害したとして殺人などの罪で起訴された元少年の初公判が１２日に福岡地裁で開かれ、元少年側は無罪を主張した。



　殺人などの罪で起訴されているのは当時１９歳で現在２１歳の元少年。起訴状などによると、元少年は去年２月、福岡市西区姪の浜の路上で、同じ予備校に通っていた北川ひかるさん（当時１９）を殺害した罪に問われている。



　１２日の初公判で、元少年は「間違いありません」と起訴内容を認めた。しかし弁護側は「事件の半年ほど前に幻聴症状を発症し、当時は心神喪失の疑いがある」として、無罪を主張した。



　一方、検察側は「被害者から交際を断られ、予備校内でうわさが広まり殺したいと思うようになった」と指摘。精神鑑定の結果を踏まえ、「責任能力がある」と主張した。裁判では北川さんの両親が意見陳述する予定で、今月１７日に結審する見通し。

Based on the result of the mental appraisal, he insisted that "there is responsibility." Mr. Kitagawa's parents will make an opinion statement at the trial, and it is expected to be concluded on the 17th of this month.
