株価を不正につり上げか 男ら３人逮捕｜動画ニュース News24h

インターネット通販などを手がける会社の株価を不正につり上げた相場操縦の疑いで、自称・会社顧問の男ら３人が逮捕された。



　金融商品取引法違反の疑いで逮捕されたのは、自称・会社顧問の笹尾明孝容疑者と自称・コンサルタント業の本多俊郎容疑者、無職の高橋利典容疑者の３人。



　警視庁によると３人は２０１４年、インターネット通販などを手がける東証マザーズ上場の「ストリーム」社の株を意図的につり上げた疑いが持たれている。



　３人は直前の株価を上回る価格で買い注文を繰り返す「買い上がり」や「仮装売買」と呼ばれる手法で相場操縦をしたとみられている。



　警視庁は、３人のほかにも株価操作に関与した人物がいるとみて、引き続き捜査している。

Three people are said to have carried out market manipulation by a method called "buy-up" or "costume buying and selling" which repeats buy order at a price exceeding the previous stock price.



The Metropolitan Police Department continues to investigate, thinking that there are people who participated in stock price operation besides three people.
