大阪のマンション型納骨堂「梅旧院光明殿」の運営会社社長らが、法人税１億４０００万円を脱税した疑いで、大阪地検特捜部に逮捕された。



　法人税法違反の疑いで逮捕されたのは、大阪のマンション型納骨堂「梅旧院光明殿」の運営会社社長・山口幸子容疑者ら３人。大阪地検特捜部の調べによると、山口容疑者らは、２０１０年から４年間で、法人税約１億４０００万円を不正に免れた疑いが持たれている。



　その後の捜査関係者への取材で、山口容疑者は、複数の取引先に架空の業務委託費を支払ったように装う手口で、法人税を脱税していたという。



　「梅旧院光明殿」は大阪市の中心部にあり、駅から近く墓参りがしやすいことや、費用が安いことなどを売りにして、山口容疑者は積極的な宣伝活動を行っていた。
