世の中で議論を呼んでいる話題について、ゲストに意見を聞く「ｏｐｉｎｉｏｎｓ」。今回の話題は「ハロウィーンの仮装　寒いけど…防寒せず」。ＰＲ・クリエイティブディレクターの三浦崇宏氏に聞いた。



　これは日本気象協会の「天気ＪＰラボ」が４００人に行った調査で、仮装時に６割が「寒い」と感じていながらも、そのうち４割が防寒対策をしていないという結果が出た。ネット上ではこんな意見が見られた。



「せっかくの衣装を隠すのもったいない」

「撮影の時に脱げばいいだけ」

「衣装の中に、いかに防寒対策をしこむか」



――いまや大きな経済効果を出しているハロウィーンですが、三浦さんはいかがですか？



　「ありがたい」です。これは、薄着だからうれしいという男性的な意見ではなく、僕は、渋谷区観光協会のＰＲ大使、ＰＲプロデューサーをやっていまして、日本の東京の渋谷とか色んな所でハロウィーンのお祭りが起きるのって、グローバルからもすごく注目されていて日本の新しい観光名所みたいになっているときもあるんです。



　それって、地域とか国がつくったお祭りではなくて民間から始まっているお祭りじゃないですか。それがいまの時代の新しいエンターテインメントだなと思います。こういう一般の人たちがどんどん盛り上がって、世の中の新しい機運が生まれていくのはいいことだなと思っています。



　渋谷区としてもハロウィーンが盛り上がってくれるのはありがたいなというのは本音ですね。



――ハロウィーンの仮装を見るだけで、今年は何がはやったのかがわかりますよね。



　そうですね。１０大ニュースの一個手前というか…今年何なんだろう？マリオとかはくると思いますし。



――毎年そうですよね。今年はどんな仮装が多いのか楽しみですよね。

- Halloween has a big economic effect now, how is Mr. Miura?



It is "thankful". This is not a male opinion that it is happy because it is a light clothes, I was doing PR ambassador of the Shibuya Ward Tourism Association, PR Producer, and a festival of Halloween happens in various places such as Shibuya in Tokyo, Sometimes I am getting a lot of attention from the globe and it seems like a new sightseeing spot in Japan.



Is not it a festival that starts from the private sector rather than the festival created by the community or the country? I think that it is a new entertainment of the present era. I think that it is a good thing for such general people to get more and more exciting and that new moments of the world will be born.



It is true that it is appreciated that Halloween will be excited even as Shibuya Ward.



- Just watching Halloween's costume, you can see what happened this year.
