「何か問題ですか？」若者の外出回数少ない｜動画ニュース News24h

世の中で議論を呼んでいる話題について、ゲストに意見を聞く「ｏｐｉｎｉｏｎｓ」。今回の話題は「２０代は７０代より外出・移動回数が少ない！」。“複業”などの働き方を支援する石川貴志氏に聞いた。



　ＪＲ東日本企画の調査によると、ひと月の外出・移動回数は２０代が３７．３回で、７０代の４０．８回を下回っているという。ネット上では「お金がないからじゃないの」「アクティブな高齢者が多いな」「若者の引きこもりが多くて、安心するのは私だけ？」などの声が聞かれた。



　また、２０代の約６割が「引きこもりを自認している」という。背景には、ネットやスマホの普及で買い物などを、自宅でできるようになったことがあるとみられている。





――この話題についての考えを、石川さんにフリップに書いていただきました。



　「何か問題ですか？」という風に、あえて書いてみました。２０代と７０代、どちらが少ない多いというのもあるんですが、生まれて育ってきた生活環境だったり、社会背景だったりとか、ライフスタイルの価値観というのは大きく違うと思いますので、これは少ないからいいとか、多いからいいとかではなくて、「違いがある」という、それだけの話なのかなと正直、感じています。



　“複業”のテーマもそうなんですけど、複業というものは誰かに指示されてやるものではないと思います。とても大切なのは仕事でいうと、「能力開発」は「興味を開発していく」ということ。そういう何かの興味をどういう手段で満たすかということがとても大切だと思います。それは例えば、外に出ることかもしれませんし、ネット上で情報を収集して、新しいアクションにつなげるとか、そういうことでもいいので、それだけの違いかなと思います。

In the 20s and 70s, although there are things that is small, I think that it is very different from the living environment that was born and raised, the social background, and the lifestyle values. It seems to be the theme of "complex", but I think that compound work is not directed to anyone. The most important thing is, in terms of work, "development of skills" means "to develop interests." I think that it is very important to know what kind of means to satisfy such interests. For example, it might be going outside, collecting information on the net and leading to new actions, or something like that, that is the only difference.
