大型で強い台風１５号の影響で、小笠原諸島では大荒れとなっている。今後、東日本や北日本でも、強風や高波に警戒が必要。



　先月３０日から台風の暴風域に入っている父島では、４８時間の雨量が３００ミリ以上に達しており、５０年に一度の大雨となっている。また１日午前４時４１分には、３９．８メートルの最大瞬間風速を観測した。



　台風は今後も勢力を強めながら小笠原付近を進むため、１日いっぱい土砂災害や暴風に、２日にかけて高波に厳重な警戒が必要。また３日にかけて、日本の東を離れて北上するが、台風が大型のため、東日本や北日本でも強風や高波などに警戒が必要。
