ワシントンにあるフィンランド大使館によりますと、フィンランドは、現在の戦闘機６０機余りが２０２５年に退役することから、その後継機としてアメリカ製やヨーロッパ製など５種類の戦闘機の購入を検討しているものの、結論は出ていないとしています。
