再逮捕されたのは千葉県我孫子市の建築作業員、麻崎康秀容疑者（３７）と柏市の自称会社員、柳沼光一郎容疑者（３０）です。



この事件は去年９月、千葉県銚子市の銚子漁港で茨城県牛久市の小野拓也さん（当時３３）の遺体の一部が見つかったものです。

警察によりますと、２人は遺体を刃物で切断し遺棄した疑いで逮捕されていましたが、その後の調べで、去年８月から９月までの間に千葉県内かその周辺で、何らかの方法で小野さんを殺害した疑いがあるとして３１日殺人の疑いで再逮捕されました。



調べに対し麻崎容疑者は容疑を否認し、柳沼容疑者は黙秘しているということです。



警察は２人と小野さんの間に何らかのトラブルがあったと見て事件の動機を詳しく調べています。
