　「防災の日」の１日、政府は安倍首相と全ての閣僚が参加して、大規模な防災訓練を行っている。



　訓練は午前７時過ぎに東京都２３区を震源とするマグニチュード７．３の首都直下地震が発生したとの想定で行われている。安倍首相と全ての閣僚は、訓練のため徒歩で首相官邸に集まった。午前８時過ぎに緊急の災害対策会議を開き、大きな被害が出たという想定の神奈川県の黒岩知事から救助部隊などの派遣要請を受けた。



　安倍首相「重大事態への対応は時間との勝負です。（各閣僚は）一人でも多くの命を救うよう、迅速、的確な対応に全力を尽くすよう指示します」



　このあと安倍首相は、神奈川県小田原市で首都圏の９つの都県市が合同で行う防災訓練を視察する予定。

After this, Prime Minister Abe will visit Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, to observe disaster prevention drills jointly performed by nine prefectural cities in the metropolitan area.
